Kelly's Homemade Ice Cream in Winter Garden, FL, is looking for one ice cream shop shift lead to join our team. We are located at 276 W. Plant Street, Winter Garden, FL 34787, located inside Foxtail Coffee and also at 14387 Bridgewater Crossings Blvd. #110, Windermere, FL 34786.

Job Description:

The Shift Leader is a Scooper that is responsible for leading the shift. They will provide guidance and direction to Scoopers and handle and exemplify strong leadership abilities. They will remedy customer service issues. They must have an elevated knowledge of the product and Kelly’s policies to ensure the team is upholding Kelly’s standards. They will open and close the store as the acting manager. Opening the shop entails counting and setting up the register, setting up the store for success, and receiving deliveries. Closing the shop entails reconciling the cash drawer, taking inventory of the ice cream and placing internal orders, leading the team to have a clean and efficient close, and ensuring the building is secured (setting the alarm, locking all doors, etc.)

Requirements:

*18+ *Morning and night availability *Weekday and weekend availability *Leadership experience *Customer service experience (1+ Years) *A willingness to grow and learn as a leader! *Work at 2+ locations
