Inbound Mail Processing Associate
Location: Richardson, TX
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $15/hr. + overtime + $500 sign-on bonus (paid after 90 days)
Schedule: Monday-Friday (2 hours on Saturday every 2 months)
Job Description:
We are seeking a customer service-oriented individual with a strong work ethic to join our team as an Inbound Processing Associate. In this fast-paced production environment, you will be responsible for receiving, processing, and ensuring paper document integrity and classification before image scanning. It is a production mailroom operation where you will receive mail, open the mail and scan the paper. It is an irregular work schedule as the shifts vary each day of the week depending on the mail volume. Successfulcandidates will possess the ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy, as well as effective verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, process, and ensure paper document integrity and classification before image scanning
- Sort paper documents by form type and line of business based on processing requirements
- May require cross-training for image quality control
- Perform lifting up to 15-20 pounds
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Clear criminal background check
