Gillmann Services is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic/Multi-Craft Technician for full-time permanent position at a steel fabrication plant in Lynchburg, VA.

Duties/Responsibilities:
-Maintain and organize shop areas to include tools and parts.
-Install/Maintain/Repair equipment
-Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, blueprints, and Work Orders to perform required maintenance and service.
-Must have strong troubleshooting skills including, but not limited to mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic
-Must have strong electrical skills/experience including, but not limited to, 480V 3 phase, industrial and residential electrical, and AC/DC electronic component
-Must be skilled with use of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment
-Interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.

Physical Requirements:
-Must be able to negotiate facility grounds with exposure to heat, cold, sun, etc.
-Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
-Position entails standing, walking, reaching, climbing stairs and ladders, etc.

• Industrial electrician: 3 years (Preferred)

• Driver's License (Preferred)
