• Be familiar with and uphold TN state licensing rules and regulations.
• Be familiar with appropriate ECERS/ ITERS classroom rating scale
• Be familiar with and uphold center policies and procedures.
• Uphold center philosophy and conduct behavior in view of that
• Provide a safe and healthy learning environment
• Guide and enhance children’s play with language and a variety of materials and activities.
• Supervise and support children at all time, indoors and out
• Promote and model a clean environment
• Provide and maintain rules and routines
• Greet all parents and children in a friendly manner daily
• Maintain communication with parents daily
• Observe and record Children’s behavior
• Prepare monthly calendars and newsletters as well as weekly lesson plans
• Complete required trainings in a timely manner
