About the Opportunity

We are looking to recruit an Information Systems Officer to work across the WWH Group to ensure new and existing systems, solutions and processes are understood and embedded effectively. This role is for a fixed term of 12 months.

What will you be doing?

Reporting to the Information Systems Manager, you will be a system expert and provide unparalleled guidance and knowledge transfer to users and Information System Team members.

To succeed in this role, you will have a genuine passion and interest in what we do as an organisation.

To help us deliver an excellent service you must have a proven track record in the following:

Excellent understanding of Microsoft products, for example Dynamics, O365.

Proven ability to challenge the status quo and collaborate to find solutions to complex technical problems.

Experience of system testing in an Agile development environment

Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with staff at all levels.

Evidence of being able to adapt to new technologies quickly

Ability to lead in change management, identifying key solution interactions and dependencies.

Experience of implementing transformational projects involving technology and process improvement.

Ability to champion change and encourage user adoption within the group.

Experience of collaborating with technical teams.
