Location: 76 Acco Drive, York, PA 17402 OR 415 West Roy Parker Road, Ozark, AL 36360 Ecore International business is growing and we're adding four new IT roles in 2023 to support it: Applications Analyst, Applications Specialist, Business Technology Partner, and Infrastructure Specialist.

Our Infrastructure Specialists provide end-user support on all devices. You will support infrastructure solutions and services that drive innovation, enable business processes, solve business problems, and scale to growth. Infrastructure Specialists focus on customer service and supporting the business to drive our continued success. What you'll be doing: • Provide technical Tier 1 and 2 end-user support on all infrastructure-related issues; document and track incidents and requests thoroughly; prioritize, respond to, and solve all requests in a timely and service-oriented manner; provide guidance through problem-solving skills to business partners with a customer service mindset; become a trusted business partner to all end-users in order to accurately understand needs and obstacles.

• Determine root cause of incidents and offer preventative solutions; proactively communicate issues and solutions with team and end users; escalate to next level IT for support after root cause analysis completed or if skill set prevents resolution. • Execute appropriate and timely actions based on monitoring alerts; execute and adhere to Digital Safety and Security plans, including digital privacy compliance. • Document and sustain infrastructure best practices; develop and conduct various training sessions to IT Team based on best practices. • Collaborate, and execute on business requirements; develop and present solutions that enable the company's growth and evolution, produce design and strategy documents, and provide guidance and knowledge transfer to IT and the business.
• Model, train, and support the ITIL/Service Management discipline within IT organization; support and execute Infrastructure services in alignment with ITIL/Service Management. • Adhere to security protocols in all areas of Infrastructure in compliance with industry-standard frameworks. • Manage Asset and License services, Print Services, Mobile Device services. • Manage and execute Hardware and Technology Refresh plans; support health of Application and ERP environments through Technology Refresh plans, such as upgrades.
• Support backup, storage, hosting, cloud computer services; network & telecom services; client services, including software, cloud and on-premises systems, identity, and collaboration capabilities; integration and database services; disaster recovery plans. • Work on infrastructure projects that engage technical and business resources; engage in the prioritization and resource planning of IT initiatives. • Execute functional and technical infrastructure roadmaps with associated topologies, business capabilities, and benefits; execute on Merger & Acquisition strategies. • Collaborate and execute on IT solutions to business problems and value-added initiatives on the Project Portfolio driving innovation for the company.
• Support IT Supplier Management Office policies and practices; collaborate with all vendors and contractors performing Infrastructure services work. • Adherence to budgeting and forecasting process for both operating and capital budgets. • Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation. • 30% travel required to support multiple locations.
