New England Transit Sales, the largest full-service school bus dealership in New England 45 years and running is looking to hire a full-time, Inside Parts Sales Associate. In this integral Parts’ Dept position you will be responsible for parts order inquiries and purchases by phone or in-person for internal & external customers; looking up OEM parts using manufactures’ databases and programs; assisting customers with identifying, sourcing & purchasing parts. Additional duties include monitoring inventory, generating purchase orders, entering received inventory and entering invoice details for invoice payment processing; maintaining parts’ inventory levels & controls utilizing our dealer management system and manual processes.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of parts sales experience in a dealership environment and working knowledge of Karmak’s Fusion Dealer Management System (DMS) is a plus. In this customer facing role you will need to be fluent in English language speaking and writing, professional & pleasant, able to work in a team-cooperative environment, possess basic math abilities, be organized and detail oriented. The successful candidate joining this 6 person department will have willingness to assist wherever needed with Parts’ Dept related tasks including stocking, picking parts to fulfill orders, preparing orders for shipment or delivery, and operating various warehouse equipment. Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers’ license, and capable of lifting up to 75lbs. Position is subject to drug testing.

Workdays: Monday – Thursday 8-5 and Friday 7-4.
