Summary:
This position is primarily an administrative position that is located in a Pella Showroom. This individual will assist the Sales Support Manager with daily functions, as well as the sales and operations efforts involved in selling and supporting products that are provided by the Trade and Commercial sales branch and Pella Corporation.
Essential Duties:
- Responsible for ensuring all Trade and Commercial orders are processed daily
- Provides the team with daily reports from Pella Corporate
- Assists Sales Support Manager with various tasks
- Primary responsibilities include quoting trade/commercial projects and processing orders via computer.
- Entering service requests
- Providing logistic assistance and other operational support functions will be required.
- Primary customers are contractors in the new home, replacement or remodel segments involving a contractor, commercial contractors and occasionally architects.
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers when assisting them on the phone or via email, documented in SalesForce
Qualifications:
- Organizational, social, and customer focus skills are necessary along with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Great math skills and good data entry skills are required along with the demonstrated ability to be creative.
- A high level of energy and confidence is also desirable.
- Some college, in addition to relevant experience performing the above duties are required.
- We will provide training for Pella Software and product lines.
