Job Description:

KBRS is looking for an Inside Sales Support team member who possesses superior communication and customer service skills, and who is aggressive/proactive in supporting the external sales team. This role will work directly with external customers as well as other KBRS departments. Daily tasks may include (but are not limited to) data entry, order processing, customer interaction via phone, handling local pickup orders, troubleshooting and problem-solving difficult orders and customers. This position will be in our Hardeeville, SC manufacturing facility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the operations to facilitate the processing and handling of orders.
  • Collaborate with finance regarding customer credit issues, holds, payments etc.
  • Collaborate with sales team and be the liaison between them and operations/finance.
  • Provide excellent service and support to Business Partners via phone, video, and email.
  • Answer all inbound calls with a customer-service focused attitude.
  • Schedule, enter and follow up on customer orders regarding delivery or pick-up.
  • Handle any order changes and/or issues.
  • Educate and provide information to our Business Partners to help increase their knowledge and understanding of our products.
  • Provide accurate information to our Business Partners related to pricing, inventory availability, shipping terms or dates, and any other requests as needed.
  • Support our Business Partner’s business by taking advantage of any (relevant) additional sales opportunities that arises.
  • Support the External Sales Team through quote generation, order entry, customer communication, and internal collaboration with other departments.
  • Utilize CRM system to facilitate order entry, quoting, and customer service.
  • Ensure timely and detailed documentation of all Business Partner interactions.

  • Learn to differentiate KBRS from its competitors and communicate this effectively to customers.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and practiced accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously.

  • Superb interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate cross functionally.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: High school diploma required. Associate’s degree preferred.

Experience: 5 years of inside sales/customer service in a manufacturing environment

Systems: Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,500.00 - $52,000.00 per year
