Job Summary

This Instructional Aide position (aka Play Coordinator) works closely with the teachers, administrators, and the site aides to strategically create and implement a plan during school hours as well as during the after-school program. This position ensures there are sufficient resources to promote each of the ‘play types’ as listed in the Springs Play Guide. This position coordinates extended play schedules and activities with Springs teaching and support staff in addition to supervising supervise students at recess and after school.

Position qualifies for full time health and wellness benefits and CalPERS retirement. Sign on bonus of $500 after 90 days of employment.

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma or the equivalent; and
• Three (3) years of experience working within a classroom setting.
