HOW AN INSTRUCTIONAL DEVELOPER SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Designs and develops instructional approaches and interactive courseware to meeting training requirements
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
- Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
- Assist with the completion of technical tasks.
- Assist with solutions to technical problems of limited scope.
- Assist with analyzing employee learning needs and partnering with subject matter experts and business management to provide input for course content.
- Assist in outlining the concept for course or curriculum, defining the needs for the course, the course medium, content delivery, assessments, accompanying materials, and complementary learning approaches.
- Assist in the development of learning solution documentation (e.g., storyboards, project schedules, video scripts, job aids, and courseware).
- Assist with developing and monitoring metrics for evaluating training and development effectiveness.
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies.
- Good oral and written communication skills. Also possesses interpersonal and teaming skills.
