Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
1. Generate leads: Must develop and execute strategies to generate leads and reach out to
potential customers.
2. Explain insurance policies: Must be able to explain the different types of insurance policies
and coverage options to clients, as well as provide advice on the best policies for their
specific needs.
3. Prepare quotes: Must be able to prepare and provide accurate quotes for insurance
policies.
4. Close sales: Must be able to effectively negotiate and close sales with potential clients.
5. Maintain customer relationships: Must maintain regular communication with existing
clients and provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships.
6. Meet sales targets: Must meet or exceed sales targets set by the company and
continuously work towards improving sales figures.
7. Stay up to date with industry developments: Must stay up to date with industry
developments and changes to insurance policies, products, and regulations.
Requirements
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. experience in sales
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong customer service skills.
5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
6. Results-driven and ability to meet targets.
7. Proficient in basic computer skills.
