Your main goal will always be to put the prospects best interest first by advising them on property and casualty insurance. . Experience in the industry is not necessary. With our successful sales structure, and our amazing products and services, you will be set up for success.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.
- Ensure that the Agency Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.
- Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
- Responsible for accurate underwriting.
- Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.
- Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.
Requirements
- Be open to being coached but also not afraid to speak your mind.
- Eagerness to learn new things through many different mediums (Webinars, Books, Podcasts, etc.)
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Career minded and goal-oriented individual.
- Sales experience preferred.
- No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
- Property, & Casualty licenses will be required to obtain before first day.
