We are a small, but fast-growing law firm located in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Our firm practices in the areas of family law, estate planning, and criminal defense.
We are currently seeking an Intake Specialist to join our team. As the Intake Specialist, you will play a critical role in our office by being the first point of contact for potential clients. Responsibilities for this role include:
· Engaging with all prospective clients
· Scheduling consultations with our attorneys
· Pursue and/or follow-up on all potential leads that come into out office via multiple platforms
· Complete any necessary administrative tasks associated with the scheduling of the initial consultation appointments
There is no cold-calling required for this position!
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally on the phone. You must be able to work independently, and possess a strong attention to detail. You must be able to follow a process and put your TRUST in the process. Experience in a law firm or similar professional setting is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who possesses the willingness to learn and the dedication to grow with our firm.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
