Earn $16.96/hour.

Position Details

Receives and assigns appointments for all referrals. Performs initial screening, including liability before appointment is given. Follows all regulations as the admission criteria to all programs, including obtaining pre-admission urine for the Methadone Clinic. Maintains communications with all referral sources; and encourages increased referrals, when appropriate. Completes required paperwork as directed by regulations and assigns patients to appropriate clinic. Coordinates with Managed Care entities to establish eligibility and to facilitate authorizations. Monitors ongoing requirements for managed care, including concurrent reviews and authorizations, assisting staff in these matters.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Associates Degree in the human services field.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to complete intake assessments and skill with clerical tasks needed for filing, typing, office organization, and the ability to multi-task.
  • A minimum of one-year experience is preferred, but not required.
  • ASAM Certified preferred.
