Location: Chicago, IL / Virtual

Valkre is in search of a SaaS Integration Manager to continue to enhance our state-of-the-art Key Account Management Platform as the company continues its growth and evolution.

Role description:

We're looking for individuals with a willingness to learn but also the desire and ability to solve problems creatively. As an Integration Manager, you will be responsible for managing client integrations onto the platform with timelines, milestones, and dependencies. Additionally, you will maintain documentation and ensure timely execution of client special requests from a delivery perspective.

This individual will also support the engineering team, key contractors, and product development with planning, maintaining timeline, and communications with project updates and status for both internal teams and external clients.

A few requirements:

· 4+ years of experience working with SaaS Platforms, APIs, Data Mapping & Workflows

· Technical background with the ability to understand and communicate requirements and issues to technical and non-technical individuals

· Bachelor’s degree required

· Experience with Project Management and working with internal and external teams

· Experience owning planning milestones, and being an active resource for technical teams

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Attention to detail and the ability to understand blockers and make logical, timely decisions

· Demonstrate self-learning capabilities, taking initiative in a fast pace/quickly changing environment

· Experience in working with a small, but fast-moving team that is client-driven.

Pay: $66,640.19 - $159,716.56 per year
