About this Opportunity
As a member of the Internal Audit Department (IAD) you will play a key role in supporting, challenging, and overseeing audit coverage of regulatory requirements for DTCC’s businesses while working with a collaborative and diverse team.
The Internal Audit Regulatory Engagement Manager is responsible for supporting IAD in the oversight, assessment and challenge of audit coverage of regulatory compliance and acting as the lead representative of IAD on regulatory exams enterprise-wide.

- Support the Regulatory Engagement Lead in developing and implementing a strategic coverage model that drives Internal Audit’s coverage of regulatory requirements.
- Understand regulatory requirements to challenge and monitor regulatory coverage across all audit teams.
- Assist with the development, preparation and delivery of regulatory requirements training material relevant to DTCC and Internal Audit’s coverage.
- Act as lead representative of IAD on regulatory exams enterprise-wide in assessing and coordinating responses to regulatory requests (e.g., examinations, recurring regulatory deliverables) across DTCC.
- Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

Talents Needed for Success:
- Minimum of 4+ years of related experience in regulatory and/or audit experience with a focus on regulatory compliance
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and experience interacting with audiences at all levels of the organization
- Self-starter who is willing to learn and pivot quickly with changing business needs
- Experience with regulatory requirements relevant to a Systemically Important Financial Market Utility (SIFMU) -desired but not required.
