We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our close-knit and successful recruitment function. Ideally you will have worked in a fast-paced role, with experience of recruiting for a variety of positions. You will work closely with hiring managers across all areas of Jardine Motors Group and the wider Talent Team - as we love to share ideas and continually look for ways to improve our candidate journey.

Please note this is a fully remote position, but a driving licence is essential as there will be occasional travel to our dealership locations.

About the role:

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
• Source, attract and engage with candidates through advertising and proactive sourcing
• Provide an amazing candidate journey – employee brand is key!
• Arrange interviews and use our online assessment tools – we have cool tech at our fingertips.
• Be prepared to juggle, the role is very varied and fast paced.

About you:

• Experience as a recruiter, either within a recruitment agency, or as part of a in house recruitment team would be desirable but not essential.
• Is used to working within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience of using Job Boards and LinkedIn
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be a team player
