A French Luxury Ready to Wear Brand is looking for an inventory coordinator for its retail, wholesale and ecommerce distribution:

In this role, you will be a key member of the Operations team, with a focus on incoming, outgoing, and on hand physical inventory. The goal is to ensure a close follow up with our logistics provider and accurate and efficient maintenance of stock. You will be in daily contact with our 3PL in order to ensure receiving, picking and shipping is done on time.

Main Responsibilities:

· Report to the Inventory Analyst;

· Serve as liaison between Company and its outsourced 3PL to oversee incoming shipment and allocation plan compliance;

· Provide 3PL with ASNs to ensure all shipments are properly received in stock and stores and dispatched when needed with pick tickets;

· Weekly reconciliation between 3PL and Company’s ERP system

· Make adjustments to inventory as needed;

· Support other Depts in ad hoc needs

· Participate in Company initiatives as appropriate

Qualifications

· Preferred 1+ years working in office

· Organized with high level of attention to detail

· Strong command of MS Excel

· Ability to maintain focus and motivation with repetitive tasks

· Excellent systems skills; Microsoft: Excel, Word, (knowledge of Orli and Y2 a plus)

· Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task

· Bachelors degree required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
