Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers- Makes recommendations using data to improve policies, procedures and processes
- Develop expertise on all components involved in the PC architecture and contribute to Business process and IT process improvements
- Work with users and the development team to propose and develop technical solutions to business challenges
- Makes recommendations for Service Improvement Plans and ensures actions are executed to standard and in accordance with established completion timelines
- Assists in the development of implementation plans. Oversees the development and execution of training and user acceptance testing plans
- Providing assistance to IT staff in regard to Change Management policies and procedures
- Follow all project management framework standards, procedures, and documentation
- Contribute to Change Management process improvement initiatives
- Development, maintenance and administration of Governance repositories: license, maintenance & support, asset inventory, crisis management
Required Skills
- Prior experience with data mapping, writing test plans and test cases and working knowledge of SDLC Project methodologies.
- Demonstrated flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and willingness to learn new skills.
- Evidence of ability to build relationships, work on a team and be supportive of team members.
- Experience with MS office products such as PowerPoint, excel, and other project tools such as AT Task or MS Project.
- Evidence of ability to manage multiple projects and requests, assess priorities and work with aggressive timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to be collaborative, and communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Work with customer groups to project scope, financials, timeline and project milestones to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and consistent with client expectations.
- Build and maintain relationships across business units; participate in cross-functional committees and build project committee schedules.
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Communications or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of eight (8) years combined experience in development lifecycle experience, creation and execution of test experience, and writing functional design specifications.
