IT Coordinator

Job Description

Physicians Revenue Group is looking to add a dynamic IT coordinator to join our quickly growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for installations and upgrades on our company's computers, tablets, and smartphones. You will also provide our staff with training on using hardware, software, and cloud-based services.

To ensure success as an IT coordinator, you should display the strong technical aptitude needed to help staff solve their technical issues as quickly as possible. Ultimately, an outstanding IT coordinator should be able to thrive in the rapidly changing industry of information technology.

Responsibilities

· Designing the overall system architecture, including hardware and software components, network topology, and communication protocols.

· Analyzing and defining requirements for the system, taking into account the needs of stakeholders and end-users

· Developing and implementing policies and procedures for system security, data management, and disaster recovery

· Collaborating with other members of the development team, including software engineers and database administrators, to ensure that the system is designed and implemented to the highest standards

· Conducting regular system audits to identify potential areas of improvement and optimize system performance.

· Ensuring that the system is compliant with relevant industry standards and regulations, such as HIPAA or PCI-DSS.

· Responsible to complete the projects/ tasks assigned by Senior Management.

· Jenkins, ansible, Git and Bash scripting implementation

· Open Source Server implementation

· Network / Software based Load Balancers

· Server / System Backup update

· MicroSoft AD / ADC, DHCP, DNS management

· Analytical and reasoning skills to troubleshoot and repair server issues

· Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment

· Having experience in NMS configuration

Requirements & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer technology, or a similar field

· 3+ years experience as an IT Coordinator or related role

· Expertise in IT tools & concepts, such as operating systems and internet protocol suites

· Solid understanding of networking & configurations including LAN/WAN configurations

· Expertise in configuring and managing Apple iOS and Android devices

· Strong communication skills

· Adaptability

· Organizational skills

· Ability to prioritize tasks

· Positive attitude and approachable demeanor
