ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manages IT team including systems analysts, technicians and Business Systems Analysts.
- Responsible for local applications support function.
· Responsible for administration of Servers (physical and virtualized), LAN and WAN, troubleshooting and contact to external partners.
· Cultivate and curate a service-oriented culture, providing IT support to end-users for hardware, software and communications (data and voice).
· Oversee the procurement of all technical equipment for both Central and Remote offices and/or users (Laptops, VOIP, Smart phones, Peripherals, Printers/Copiers/Fax Machine etc.)
· Places support calls with vendors as needed on new and existing equipment.
· Responsible for assuring timely execution of backup of all local data as well as adherence to backup policies.
· Administers facility security systems (access, cameras, badges).
· Administers PBX/voicemail systems.
- Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment and software.
- Ensure that all appropriate software is installed and setup where needed and in accordance with corporate policies.
- Assure reliable availability of data and voice communication including necessary hardware and software.
- Assist users with the development, testing, documentation, and implementation of any new systems as needed.
- Follow all relevant policies and procedures (5S, Safety, ARC policies, especially IT-policies)
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE AND SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- 5-10 years in experience in IT support role (Networking, systems administrator, database administrator, systems analyst)
- MS Certified preferred – Knowledge of MS Exchange/ Outlook
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good vocal and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work with employees and vendors at all levels
- High safety and cleanliness standards
- Dependability on a daily basis
- Positive attitude, flexibility
- Ability to walk, stand, push, pull, reach overhead, bend, and kneel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
