IT Technical Project Coordinator
Dynamic, privately held company in Indian Trail, NC manufactures state of the art precision industrial thickness gauges being used by the biggest industry names in the Lithium-ion electric vehicle battery space as well as to a wide range of other industrial manufacturing processes. We are looking for a full-time IT Technical Project Coordinator and PROGRAMMER to own the successful execution and delivery of assigned projects, in a variety of assignments. Will program HMI software and must have JSON and XML Capability (third-party software integrations, data warehouse maintenance and custom development requests, etc.). We expect 20% of your time will be utilized for System Configuration, 30% for Remote Support and 50% defining next actions and assigning ownership for internal and external problem resolution.
Travel is required – mainly in Southeast region but other travel in the US as well as overseas could also occur. Passport required.
Starting hourly salary will be based on current skills and experience - $70,000 - $85,000.

Responsibilities
· Coordinate work with Engineering, Product, and QA teams to deliver projects to their intended business objectives
· Help with project timeline projections and gathering requirements
· Utilize Jira project management software and work in Agile environment
· Conduct research to identify project management improvements and enhancements
- Responding to customer needs via remote log in, phone, and on-site support
· Repair and replace damaged hardware
· Upgrade systems to enable compatible software
- Travel to client sites for installation and repair
- Installing and upgrading antivirus software
- Perform tests on new hardware and software
- Troubleshoot software, hardware and network requirements
- Documentation
Qualifications
· BSc in Computer Science or related field preferred
· Previous work experience within the project management function or with relevant experience of managing projects from inception to completion; preferred work experience in technology project management capacity
· Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
· Experience with project management tools like Jira/Trello/Asana/Wrike
· Highly organized with great attention to detail
· Strong follow-through skills and sound critical thinking abilities
· Well-developed time management and multitasking skills
· Proficient in the English language with good communication skills
· Ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
· Authorized to work and located in the United States

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
