American Fireworks is looking for someone that would be IT Technician POS (point of sale) specialist.

Our POS devices are from Square, they must build data to upload updated information into them twice a year and correct information regularly during our seasons.

We also use wireless Square Terminals for our credit card processing. Prior to seasons they all must be updated to latest software and checked for proper operation. Prior to opening day, they are distributed to our locations all over the state. Support must also be provided to resolve any issues that arise during the season.

Additionally, wireless hotspots are sent out with every credit card device. Firmware must be updated on these devices as well before each season. The devices use both AT&T and Verizon sim cards.

This position requires (short term) working 7 days a week, 12 to 14 hours per day, for 40 to 50 days straight, during our two major seasons each year for 4thof July and New Years. If you cannot commit to this schedule do not apply. Individual must be able to pass a background check. This will be a salaried position. Please include your salary requirements on your resume.
