Five Points Networks is searching for new IT Workforce Dispatchers to join the team. We are a client-driven company, always looking to improve the technology experience our clients have, and the IT Workforce Dispatchers are an integral part of that. We are looking for someone who will be willing to grow with the company in the long term
There are five stages in our hiring process:

4. The Interview: (15 min video meet and greet and Q/A)
5. The Face-to-Face Meeting: (We will have a meeting to finalize the process)

Answer: Well, the answer is simple: we'll find out how dedicated someone will be, and because we have to trust the work of our dispatcher, integrity is key, only after the assessment review will an interview be given.
Each candidate will be required to complete an assessment before being considered to move forward as a dispatcher with Five Points Networks; if you can handle this assignment, you will be able to take the position. We have to do the assessments to ensure trust in the candidate's knowledge and abilities to complete the duties.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- The incumbent is responsible for supporting the Workforce Management process in the Customer Fusion Center through the collection of exception information, entering of this information into our company Workforce Management System, and record keeping/file retention of all related documentation.
- Additionally, this position supports the Five Points Networks Management team by providing daily workforce capacity data and information as necessary.
- Enters Associate schedule exceptions into the Workforce Management system to aid in adequately evaluating our dispatching system.
- Also enters exception data into the System to document time off, missed punches, or other time clock exceptions for Five Points Networks Control Center associates.
- Runs reports from the Workforce Management system as needed to support the Control Center associates.
- Maintains records and files to support Workforce management entries
- Provides honest time feedback to Five Points Networks Control Center about individual associate scheduling information
- Administers all Schedule and Shift Changes within the Customer Control Center.
- Typically reports to the COO.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree is Preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- 1+ Years of Relevant Work Experience:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent data entry skills - speed and accuracy
- Shifts: Morning: 8 am-4 pm, Afternoon: 4 pm-12 am, Overnight: 12 am-8 am
- Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county, and municipal requirements.
Physical Requirements:
- I am primarily working on a computer.
- Attending Video meetings and walkthroughs as needed
- Heavy computer and phone usage daily
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,600.00 - $58,800.00 per year
