Wickersham Jewelry is looking for a full-time professional sales associates to join our wonderful team at the Marshfield location! At Wickersham, we believe all guests should leave as friends and would like to find the right person to help us ensure we continue giving the best experience and create lifelong, impactful relationships with our guests!

You will sell fine jewelry, provide answers to customer questions, handle repairs, display merchandise, share ideas and feedback and most importantly, have fun!

Previous jewelry experience is not necessary, but a love of selling, working with people, high integrity, working with a team and a desire to learn is!

Responsibilities:

- Present and sell Wickersham products and services to new and existing customers

-Build and maintain relationships with guests through consistent follow-up

-Set appointments for special events

-Help keep the store and showcases well organized and clean

-Achieve KPI standards

-Give every guest the Wickersham experience

Requirements:

-Basic computer skills

-Ability to build rapport with clients

-Report to scheduled shifts on time and keep an exceptional attendance record

-Must be available Saturdays (you will not be scheduled every Saturday)

-Must be available evenings until 6pm (you will not be scheduled every evening)

Store Hours:

Monday through Friday 10am-6pm

Saturdays 10am-3pm

Sundays 11am-4pm (Black Friday through Christmas only)
