EcoPro Electric employs the nation's leading LED lighting installation specialists. We are looking to grow our company to keep up with a large pipeline of projects, starting with the onsite work of lighting retrofits of a large portfolio of a hospital system located in the Minneapolis area and Nationwide. Will provide accommodations while traveling. We are looking for experienced Licensed Minnesota Journeymen (or reciprocity license).

We have undertaken many of the largest LED lighting retrofit projects in the nation. All work involves installing LED lighting or retrofitting existing fixtures with LED lamps. Most retrofit work is interior with a potential of great over time pay.

Experience with LED retrofit work is a plus but not required. Teamwork, punctuality and superb customer service are a must.

Responsibilities:

· Accountable for enforcing and promoting high quality and safety standards.

· Serve as the responsible Electrician for the Company.

· Perform LED lighting retrofit upgrades in throughout the United State.

· Ensure the job gets done on time and exceeds customer expectations.

· Instruct and help teach others in the field to promote a learning culture and a dedication to job and worker safety.

· Retrofit or install LED lighting and help troubleshoot issues with other electricians and installers in doing the same.

Minimum Requirements:

· Progressive electrical leaders who love using technology and want a clear career path.

· Skilled electrician with experience working on small teams.

· Applicants must have an active Minnesota Journeymen license or able to reciprocate.

· Self-Driven with the ability to complete projects with minimal supervision.

· Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and construction safety requirements

Compensation:

Salary will be at the top of the wage scale for electricians in the area, plus bonuses based on successful completion of LED lighting projects under time and under budget. This project has the potential of great overtime pay.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
