Position Overview:

Pool general laborers perform a variety of physical tasks. General laborers' responsibilities include receiving goods, performing construction site duties and operating construction vehicles.

To be successful as a general laborer you must be able to perform a wide variety of tasks that require stamina and an eagerness to learn on the job. A good general laborer is able to understand instructions and carry them out efficiently within the given deadline.

Essential Duties Include, But Not Limited To:

• Overall assistance with completion of projects.
• Manual labor (use of shovels, lifting materials, job site cleanup, demolition, use of power tools, loading/unloading materials.
• Picking up materials, tools, and supplies to deliver to job sites utilizing pickup and dump trailers.
• Organization and management of the shop area.
• Communicating professionally with clients and subcontractors on a job site.
• Ensuring job site cleanliness.
• Communicate and summarize job progress with your supervisor.

Key skills/experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (Required)
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
