As the landscape crew leader, you and essential to the successful execution of our landscape designs. We rely on your plant identification and hardscape expertise to create beautiful outdoor living areas for our residential clients. You have experience leading a crew of 2 or more team members and you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty and help out where needed! You have a track record of bringing jobs in under budget with the highest level of quality every time.

ABOUT OUR COMPANY:

Rogers Landscape is a small family owned and operated business located in Loomis. We specialize in residential front and backyard installations and renovations. Anything from grading, drainage, irrigation, lighting, cobble river beds, planting, flagstone, pavers, retaining walls, etc.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Managing your team

• Safely driving company vehicles and trailer

• Operation of company skid steer

• Meeting project deadlines

• Ensuring client satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:

• California Drivers license

• Eligibility to work in the United States

• Ability to pass drug test

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish)

• Experience operating mini skid steers and mini excavators
