What you’ll do:

Work with our sales team, project management team, and your installation team in a fast paced and fun environment to meet the needs of our clients

Control onsite workflow management, material flow management, and project budget control

Ensure the quality, accuracy and completeness of the projects tasked to your crew

Learn and apply new skills and techniques

Be the onsite point of contact for the client

Onsite training of your crew

Clean, and maintain your trucks and equipment on a daily and as needed

What we need from you:

A minimum of 2-3 years of landscape installation as a Crewleader

A strong knowledge and understanding of landscape materials, installation methods, and maintenance techniques; A horticulture background is a plus.

Exhibit the ability to take direction well, learning new skills and tasks

Be prompt and maintain a professional appearance

Be a leader and be willing to make decisions when needed

Display ability to work well with others and manage an onsite installation crew

Possess good organizational and communication skills

Demonstrate the ability to consistently complete projects on time and on budget

Be able to read landscape drawings

Be able to drive a medium duty truck with trailer

Be familiar and have a working knowledge of various types of power equipment

Must complete daily reports and paperwork.

Be highly driven, self-motivated, and task oriented

Possess a valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record, and be insurable on the company’s commercial vehicle policy

Have reliable transportation to and from work

Be able to lift 80lbs
