Job description

Our garden maintenance service has an immediate opening for a full-time Landscape Technician. The ideal candidate is able to work both independently and as part of a team, is meticulous in all their work, and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure that all jobs are done correctly. The successful candidate will use their experience in garden maintenance to assist customers in maintaining their lawns, shrubs and landscaping, and will be responsible for maintaining all company vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Work independently on or with a team.
• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and managers.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
• Demonstrate knowledge of landscape principles, design concepts, and plants.
• Knowledge of basic anatomy and physiology.
• Knowledge of basic mathematics; ability to solve problems using addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to use hand tools; power tools; and motorized lawn equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
