Landscaping Grounds Maintenance Crew Leader
Job description
Well established and growing landscaping company in Stroudsburg is seeking RELIABLE, motivated candidate for all facets of grounds maintenance, including spring and fall cleanups, detailed trimming, mulching, edging, and pruning shrubs and trees.
MUST have ZERO TURN and/or WALK BEHIND MOWER experience and able to manage other crew members. Responsible for verifying all work performed by crew is completed in proper fashion BEFORE leaving job site.
Must report to Supervisor any issues with equipment, job sites or staff.
Must provide regular log report sheets for work completed, and able to take directives and problem solve.
Experience in snow removal. Load and unload equipment and operate all required equipment safely and efficiently. Ability to properly operate truck and trailer.
- Full-time position M-F, occasional weekend (and snow removal as needed)
- Driver's License required.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
