Landscape Superintendent
Crowder’s Landscaping is looking to hire an experienced Landscaping Supervisor to help run our growing company. This is a full time, year-round employment in a clean, safe, and drug-free environment. This job has a base salary as well as a monthly production commision structure. This job also allows for a take home vehicle.

Responsibilities of this job:

• The Landscaping supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation of all landscaping projects.
• Coordinate and attend on-site meetings with property managers and/or property owners to assist with necessary installations.
• Coordinate with office staff, crew members and/or contractors on development of specifications, parts pricing, solicitation of bids, labor allocation and organization of proposals and work order completions to be provided to the customer.
• Develop and implement training technologies, tools, and safety measures required in the field.

Experience recommended for this job:

• Candidates must have at least three years verifiable experience in commercial/residential lawn care and landscaping experience.
• Have a wide array of plant knowledge and be able to perform all landscaping projects (sod installs, new plantings, light tree work, etc...).
• Able to operate heavy machinery
• BMP certificate preferred, but willing to certify the right person.
• Able to compile and maintenance monthly management reports.
• Exceptional client-service skills and a keen sense of ownership of responsibilities.
• Ability to read landscape plans and layout plantings
• Strong time management skills.
• Basic office skills, composing letters, organizing, evaluation, planning, typing, etc. Full understanding and use of Microsoft WORD and Microsoft EXCEL.
• Basic understating of Quickbooks and billing practices.
• You must be able to work in Florida Climate
• Valid clean driver's license required.
• Must prove you are legally able to work in the U.S. and Weekend may be required if a project is not completed.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
