Up to £65,000 per annum depending on experience + Bonus

We are hiring a Lead Product Owner into our growing team and want to hear you. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the performance of a digital product – you will identify and ensure business value as the digital product or digital prototype is developed.
You’ll lead a cross functional team of colleagues driving our ambition of delivering market leading products. Our roadmap has an exciting set of key digital products identified and the specific digital product or journey in scope of your roles will evolve over time. We will assign you to a focus area based upon a combination of your experience, passion, skill set and the business need.
Most importantly the digital product owner will be responsible for putting the customer and colleague at the forefront of our digital product design.
We are open to talking with candidates who have requirements for part-time working hours or flexible arrangements – we want the best candidate for the job.
Up for the challenge? Here’s what we’d like you to have:

Product owner experience/ Digital project management / Agile experience

Experience of working with digital products or within an eCommerce or software environment

Ability to engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels

Confidence, resilience, happy to make important decisions and adaptable
