Job description

In the Composites Department, lead operators spend their shifts putting together, making, shaping, packaging, and shipping composite products. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who must be able to do the following:

• Work up to 12 hours on their feet
• Is detail-orientated
• Measure accurately with both a tape measure and calipers (previous experience preferred)
• Lift 50-75lbs throughout the day
• Can drive a forklift safely (previous experience much preferred)
• Consistently arrive on time for their scheduled shift
• Be able to both work well on a team while also being able to work effectively independently
• Work in a fast-paced environment as needed
• Be cross-trained across various work stations
• Take direction from supervisors and floor leaders

The typical Composites work week looks like this: Monday - Thursday (6AM - 4:30PM) with a shorter day on Fridays. This is subject to change though as needed to accommodate production and the ideal candidates need to be aware of this.

This position offers 7 paid holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
