Duties

The Lead Youth Specialist is responsible for providing a safe, positive, therapeutic living environment for children on our campus. You'll get to serve as a member of our therapeutic treatment team, which serves the needs of the children entrusted to our care.

This position also assists with:

• Ensuring quality control of documentation,
• Staff scheduling
• Attending staff meetings with families, therapists, and psychiatrists
• Co-facilitating team meetings

Qualifications

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a social science-related field, with six months of full-time work related experience.

This position requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, a good driving record, and the ability to pass an extensive background check, including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, the Sex Offender registry, and the criminal history check.
