This role is responsible for delivering great learning solutions to our business, ensuring our leaders are equipped to lead teams in a way that reflects our values, meets the leadership competency framework and creates a coaching culture that leads to an engaged and empowered workforce.

This is a Part time role working 2-3 days a week

What will this role involve?

  • Work as part of a Training team to deliver best-in-class leadership learning and development solutions to our colleagues.
  • Deliver learning using a range of techniques including structured classroom delivery, facilitation, coaching, mentoring, video, audio, and online tools.
  • Delivering training via Virtual (Teams) platform or Face-to-Face, depending on the needs of the business
  • The ability to provide constructive, timely feedback to improve performance, including behaviours.
  • Have experience working within a fast-moving environment with constantly changing priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of Learning and Development principles and practices.
  • Excellent communicator with a passion to share your knowledge with others.
  • Support and steer the design development of learning content to drive the leadership agenda.
  • Develop great working partnerships with other support areas, planning and quality to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions that drive performance improvement.

What you will bring to the role?

  • Candidates will ideally have a good knowledge of Management and Leadership Learning & Development, understanding the importance of Learner Experience to our desired outcomes.
  • The ability to provide constructive, timely feedback to improve performance, including behaviours. Confidence in stakeholder management is also key for this role.
  • Experience in working with constantly changing priorities is essential as is your ability to be flexible as to the need of the business and learner alike.
  • To be successful in this role you will need to be an excellent communicator with a passion to share your knowledge with others.
  • Experience in coaching and/or training others to coach.
  • Qualifications in Coaching and DiSC delivery are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with SABA is also an advantage.

This is a hybrid role that will require the ability to work from home and across multiple Thames Water sites if required.
