Multiply is a national fund to support adults to upskill in numeracy. Leicestershire County Council have a £2.9m fund to level up opportunities for more people by increasing their confidence with numbers, giving them the tools, they need to improve their job prospects and life chances, help children with schoolwork and feel more confident managing their household budgets. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work in a vibrant and engaging environment.

Working within the aims and objectives of LCC and the Multiply Project you will seek to improve the economic, social and wellbeing prospects of the residents of Leicestershire by co ordinating and delivering numeracy interventions across the County meeting the Department for Education’s defined outcomes.

The successful applicant will develop, coordinate, and deliver a range of learning activities for adults across the county, be responsible for ensuring quality assurance of courses across the project, and work as part of a team to manage, support and develop tutors in their teaching role.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Applicants should have:

• Substantial experience within educational sectors
• Knowledge of professional teaching and learning best practice
• Experience of implementing quality assurance processes
• Flexibility to travel across sites
