Our Leasing Consultants are the community’s sales representatives. They know how to determine the needs of the potential resident, address those needs with the perfect apartment home, and close the sale. We aim to provide exceptional experiences and make a lasting impression.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15-16 Hourly

• Plus, Bonus

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Multifamily Property Management 1-2 years (Preferred)
• 1+ years of leasing in multifamily housing or hospitality/sales experience
• Experience with Entrata PLUS
• Keen attention to detail and ability to compile required reports timely
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Enthusiastic, Outgoing and Professional
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & work weekends

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $15.00 per hour

• Weekend availability
