A well-established, Regional Property Management Company (MLP, LLC) is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant for The Edison at Chapel Hills. The Edison is a Luxury New Development located near the Briargate Neighborhood of Colorado Springs. The Leasing Consultant position works in conjunction with the on-site Property Manager to manage and maintain the day to day operations of the apartment community. Some examples of essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Showcase the property and convert prospects to qualified residents
• Answer telephone and internet leads
• Record traffic and maintain accurate records and reporting
• Develop and execute outreach and marketing plans
• Maintain and update marketing information and provide recommendations as appropriate
• Process all paperwork to convert applications to new residents.
• Assist with day to day operations

Qualifications:

• Weekend availability required
• At least 1 year of Customer Service or Hospitality
• Yardi software experience preferred
• Must possess the ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external customers
