NOW HIRING Full Time LPN Program Nurse for Residential and Day Program

SET FULL TIME SCHEDULE! Monday to Friday 9a-3p

LPN qualifications:

-Current LPN license from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

-A minimum of one year nursing experience

-Valid Driver's License with a clean 3 year record

-At least 18 years of age

-Ability to lift 50 pounds

Job Overview for LPN: *Providing care in a residential group home and Day Program working with adults with developmental and physical disabilities. Jobs duties include: Working with the direct care staff to ensure all of the residents needs are met including personal care, transportation, medication administration, attending medical appointments, medical assessments and treatments, trainings for staff as needed, medical and other documentation and paperwork as required.
