Licensed Assistant Needed

Caul Group Residential in Cary, NC is looking for an experienced real estate agent to support a top producing agent in our office.

Looking for an individual who exhibits sound judgment and has the ability to prioritize and make decisions. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with administrative experience who can assist in a fast-paced environment.

Assistant Job Responsibilities:

• Conserves agent's time by reading, researching, and routing email correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating communication on behalf of the agent
• Assists with appointment schedule by planning, scheduling and attending meetings
• Interacts with clients, in person or on the telephone, answering questions and directing inquiries
• Prepares documents at the direction of the agent by collecting and analyzing information
• Represents the agent at inspections in the agent’s absence and assists with repair negotiations and vendor management
• Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
• Contributes to team effort by collaborating with team leadership as needed on the agent's behalf

Education and Experience Requirements:

• One year of administrative experience
• Some assistant experience helpful, but not required

• Real estate license is required for this position
• Some experience as an agent is required; must be full Broker
