* Excellent line cooks with at least 2 years of experience working the line at a restaurant.
* Prep Cooks with organizational and time management skills. Knife skills required.
* Dishwashers/Kitchen Assistant with a good attitude and common sense. No experience necessary. Will train the right candidate.
* Love for food and pride in your work is A MUST!
* Full and Part time availability.
