The Living Balance Sheet® (LBS) team is seeking a Training Lead to support our financial professionals in learning how to use our proprietary planning platform to serve clients!
You are
A self-starter who loves to roll up your sleeves and build what’s needed. Creative and passionate about delivering great training resources, from video to written content and events. A strong communicator with an eye for design and business sense to translate technical system changes in training resources. A great teammate who can collaborate effectively in a virtual team setting, with the ability to work independently, effectively managing multiple initiatives at a time.
You will

Design, develop and produce training across multiple mediums to drive success among subscribers of our proprietary planning platform - LBS

Ownership of training content, working independently and with colleagues

Organize and produce live, virtual training events, proposing topics, speakers and facilitating the events from start-to-finish

Proactively seek feedback to explore ways we can further support our users through training

Collaborate with teammates and colleagues to deliver excellent training resources for our users

Connect cross-functionally to optimize how our planning philosophy and software integrate across business areas
You have
-
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, or equivalent, and interest in learning new technologies

Experience producing high quality video content, including music, b-roll, etc. with an artistic eye. Samples will be requested during interview process

Capacity to manage several projects at a time and strong project management skills

A curiosity to explore new opportunities and ways to convey concepts

Experience in financial services industry, work with a financial planning platform preferred

A track record of planning virtual and in-person training
-
Great attention to detail and quality; a belief that the details matter

High energy and enthusiasm for the work you do

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience

Salary Range
$81,040.00 - $180,600.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
