Maximus Building Supply, established in 1984, is a family owned, faith-based organization that supplies lumber, doors, windows and supplies for new home construction, DIY projects and remodels. From our 4 locations we serve the Metro Memphis area, North/Central MS, limited areas of Alabama, Arkansas, and Kentucky.

Maximus Building Supply, is hiring Full-time, Load Builders/Forklift Operators for its Oxford, MS Lumberyard. Position builds orders of lumber and building materials for delivery, stage/load on trucks, unload vendor trucks, load customer trucks/trailers.

Ideal candidate...

• High School Grad or GED preferred, must be age 18 years or older
• Able to lift a minimum 50 lbs.
• Has 6 months experience as a Load Builder/Forklift Operator, preferred experience such as lumberyard, construction materials or bulky/heavy machinery, and loading trucks
• Willing to take direction and work in a team environment
• 100% of duties performed outdoors
• Customer Service oriented
• Pays attention to detail to ensure safety and customer satisfaction
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Has an excellent attendance record
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and pass random drug screens after hire

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.50 per hour
