What is the average admits? Day: 9 Night: 6
Procedures Required: No
EMR: Epic
Hospital Patient Per Hr or Patient Census: Avg 55 per day for Physician and APP
Trauma Designation: No Designation
Specialty Back Up: Orthopedic, Surgery, Intensivists, Neurology

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

BOARD CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
PA’s – Must be board certified by, National Commission for Certifying Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
NP’s – The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)

NIHSS Life Certification REQUIRED

• Wisconsin

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• • Applicant needs to go to the WI PDMP site to register for the State’s Rx monitoring program.

Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
