Homestead Enterprises LLC is a small, family-owned company based in Redmond, OR. We are currently seeking a truck driver for our short logger. This job is full-time with steady, year-round work and a full benefits package. Work will generally be in Central Oregon, however there may be times when overnight travel/out of town work is required. Log truck experience not required but strongly preferred. Truck is a 2015 Western Star.

Expect to be in the woods by 4:00 A.M. and work 60 hours per week

Job Duties:

*Transport logs from logging sites to various sawmills.

*Daily pre and post trip inspections of truck to ensure safety and proper maintenance.

*Basic, minor truck maintenance such as greasing, changing light bulbs, etc.

*Utilize tire chains as required during inclement weather

Minimum Requirements:

*Valid Class A CDL

*Valid DOT Medical Card

*Pass pre-employment drug screen

*Minimum two-years commercial driving experience

*Clean driving record

*At least 25 years old

*Drive 18 speed manual transmission
