We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced full time LPN for our Ambulatory Medicine Department. We require:

• NYS LPN Licensure (Grad of accredited LPN nursing program)
• Minimum 2 years of Ambulatory experience is preferred.
• Acute Care and Nursing Home experience is a plus as well.
• BLS certification
• Medication and vaccine administration
• Phlebotomy skills
• Rooming and vitalizing patients
• Ability to Perform POCT
• Ability to administer treatments, dressing changes and other procedures.
• Experience with EMR documentation,
• Excellent interpersonal & English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients, colleagues and physicians effectively
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
