Simpson @ Jenner's Pond is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic and seasoned leadership team. Job Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing direct resident care, observing resident behavior, vital signs, symptoms, responses to treatment and reports findings to registered nurse, as well as carrying out the resident’s plan of care under the direction of a registered nurse.
Essential Physical and Sensory Requirements: (With or without reasonable accommodations)
- Must be able to stand and walk constantly throughout the working day.
- Must be able to lift, push and/or pull a minimum of 75 lbs. occasionally
- Must be able to lift, push and/or pull a minimum of 50 lbs. frequently
- Must be able to sit, bend, stoop, and stand frequently.
- Must possess the sense of sight and hearing.
Must be able to speak, understand, read and write in the English language.
