Lube & Tire Technician: Our Lube & Tire Technicians are responsible for performing vehicle maintenance in our service department. Their usual duties include the light care automotive work such as oil and filter changes, performing tire installations and rotations, multi-point inspections and diagnosing problems. This position is an excellent starting point into the automotive dealership for the aspiring Automotive Technician.
What You'll Do:
- Check and communicate oil level to teammates
- Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
- Perform tire rotations, installations and balance tires
- Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
- Complete vehicle inspection looking for other items needing repair
- Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter
- Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
- Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first
- Maintain dealership records
What We're Looking For:
- 1 year experience changing oil / tires in a Professional Setting
- Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
- Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
- Basic computer skills.
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
- Must be 21 years old due to insurance requirements
- Must have valid Driver's License
